We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The accommodations were wonderful, spotless, and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and spa, were amazing additions. The staff were pleasant, responsive, and represented "One Happy Island" well. The location was close enough to everything without being overwhelmed with the tourist crush.

The resort also offers access to a pool, spa, and gym, making it easy to relax and stay active during your visit.

The communication regarding spa services could be improved, as some guests experienced confusion about the plan for their treatments.

The resort had comfortable mattresses, an amazing restaurant, and attentive staff. The spa was also worth a visit. The property was beautiful with great views, and there was ample room for our family of five. We enjoyed the golf, pool, and spa on site. The resort was in a convenient location, just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The daily maid service, continental breakfast, and use of lounge chairs at Arashi beach were added bonuses. We loved the privacy of the gated community and the tropical plantings around the grounds.

We recently stayed at a resort in Palm Beach and had a fantastic experience. The location of the resort was perfect, as it was situated on the north end of the island and offered beautiful views of the high rise district and the ocean. Renting a vehicle was affordable and allowed us to easily explore the nearby activities and supermarkets. Additionally, the villa we stayed in was amazing. We loved having our own private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with king size beds. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, and there was even a washer and dryer available. We also appreciated the excellent water pressure and efficient air-conditioning system.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not find satisfactory. The WiFi connection was quite slow, making it difficult to browse the internet efficiently.

The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The resort had breathtaking views from all around the property, and the constant breeze added to the relaxing atmosphere. The decor of the rooms was modern and up to date, with comfortable furniture. The housekeeping and maintenance personnel were always available and willing to assist with any issues or requests.

There were some issues with the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Although the maintenance group did their best to fix the problem, it took some time and we ended up losing one air-conditioned bedroom during our stay.

We spent a week here for our daughter's wedding and couldn't have asked for anything more. The entire property is beautiful, with breathtaking views from all over the resort. The staff at the restaurant were kind and informative, and the food was absolutely amazing. Don't miss out on the Crustacean Omelet or Eggs Benedict for breakfast! The spa was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, with attentive and friendly staff. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations from the taxi drivers, who were quick to respond and gave us great advice for exploring the island on our own. Special mention to Christina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She deserves a managerial role for her exceptional customer service.

Our recent stay during Easter was enjoyable. The villa was ideally located near the golf course, offering beautiful sunrises and close proximity to all the amenities. The spacious bedrooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, and the daily housekeeping service was a plus. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals. Furthermore, the staff at the resort restaurant provided excellent service, and we enjoyed delicious meals during our stay.

Our experience was not without its flaws. We encountered a few maintenance issues, such as broken window blinds and a leaking fridge, which were not promptly addressed by the management.

My recent stay at Tierra Del Sol was absolutely amazing. The villa was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk, fitness center, and restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt right at home during our two-week stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, although we would have appreciated a wider selection for gluten-free options. On top of that, the location of the resort was perfect for exploring the island with our rental car. Despite a few minor issues like a closed swimming pool and early closing of the tennis court, our overall experience was fantastic.
